2012-2013 Rental Rates
A deposit of $500 will hold a preferred location and the amount will be applied to your rental fee. It is refundable up to 90 days prior to the event. A $500 clean-up deposit is required on all rentals.

Tables & Chairs Rental Rates
At The Factory you may use any caterer you wish and lease the space for the entire day with no hourly stipulations. We do encourage using our onsite catering options and will wave the $750 catering fee with the use of a Factory caterer. Our policy is that tables are $5 each and chairs are $1 each.

PA Systems, Lighting, Dance Floors & Lift Rentals
Lift Equipment for Decorating
Lift may be used before and after event with total time no more than 4 hours to receive the half-day rate. The Factory staff reserves the right to use the lift in the event of an emergency during a Client's rental period.
$200 all-day rate or $100 half-day rate (4 hours or less)
