Why settle for a generic hotel conference room or convention center when you can hold your next event at The Factory where your guests will be sure to leave with a lasting impression and memories to last a lifetime.
Jamison Hall offers 10,000 square feet with a kitchen, stage and a high ceiling which allows great opportunities for decorating and lighting. It has been host to the Annual Heritage Ball and Silent Auction, art shows, corporate meetings, trade shows, and a multitude of fundraisers and wedding receptions. As an entertainment venue, Jamison Hall has been the site of many memorable entertainment events including the taping of Hank Williams Jr.'s Monday Night Football introduction, Faith Hill's appearance on Country Music Television's first live performance and John F. Kennedy Jr.'s interview with Garth Brooks for George magazine.
Stars who have appeared at The Factory, many of whom performed in Jamison Hall, include: Ronnie Milsap, Faith Hill, Los Lonely Boys, Lindsey Buckingham, Gary Allan, Lyle Lovett, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ricky Skaggs, Michael McDonald, Keith Urban, Hank Williams, Jr., Little Big Town, Joe Nichols, Bruce Hornsby, Toby Keith, Avalon, Brooks and Dunn, Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Susan Ashton, Tim McGraw, Lorrie Morgan, SheDaisy, Montgomery Gentry, Sweethearts of the Rodeo, Joe Diffie, Sara Evans, Michael Peterson, Vince Gill and Travis Tritt.
The Commons Area offers approximately 3,400 square feet of space and includes a small stage. Surrounded by stores and restaurants, the area is open with beautiful plants and lighting. Evening parties are especially beautiful in this area. A dance floor and PA system are available for rent.
Although the Commons Area does not have its own kitchen space, your choice of a Factory caterer can eliminate the need for a kitchen. Seating capacity is 150 for a banquet.
At 14,400 sq. ft., Liberty Hall is the largest of the rental spaces at the Factory and includes two stages, a 2000 sq. ft. 2nd floor mezzanine, a Green Room, and catering kitchen. Liberty Hall has played host to numerous concerts and television tapings, featuring John Mayer, Keith Urban, Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, Rascal Flatts, Michael McDonald, Maroon 5, and many more. Accommodating corporate events for Verizon, Healthways, and the Tennessee Titans, Liberty Hall has also enjoyed its many wedding reception and non-profit clients, such as the Junior League of Nashville, and the Charley Foundation-Ringside, A Fight for Kids. Room capacity is 950 people seated theater-style, with banquet seating for 800, and an extensive in-house audio & video system is available to rent.
The Heritage Room
Often used in conjunction with Liberty Hall, this 2250 sq. ft. space is ideal for buffet lines for a large banquet, silent auction or trade show booth space, or on its own for meetings or receptions of 120 people or less. With exposed brick, original pane windows, and wrought-iron chandeliers, this carpeted space includes access to a catering kitchen, with a portable sound system and dance floor available to rent. The Heritage Room can only be rented on its own on Fridays and Saturdays within 30 days of the event date.

The Courtyard (Behind Jamison Hall)
The Courtyard is a grassy, outdoor area that is between Jamison Hall and the Boiler Room Theatre. There is a small platform stage as well as an old loading dock ramp to elevate any feature of an event. Kitchen facilities are not available with this space, and the Courtyard is only rented if Jamison Hall is not booked, and the Boiler Room Theatre does not have a performance.
