To book an event, for space availability, or further information, please call Tami Pryce at 615-791-1777. A deposit of $500 will hold a preferred location and the amount will be applied to your rental fee. It is refundable up to 90 days prior to the event. A $200 clean-up deposit is required on all rentals. Commons Area (3,000 sq. ft., max. occupancy 175)	$1,200 per day $900 per day (non-profit)

Courtyard (Non-sheltered, grassy area behind Jamison Hall; 4,200 sq. ft., max. occupancy approx. 250) Only available when no conflicts with Boiler Room Theatre performances or Jamison Hall events	$550 per day $400 per day (non-profit)

Farmer's Market Shed (6,000 sq. ft., outdoors, overhead cover only)	$600 per day flat rate

TABLES AND CHAIRS RENTAL RATES At The Factory you may use any caterer you wish and lease the space for the entire day with no hourly stipulations. However, we do encourage using our onsite catering options. Our new policy effective January 15, 2007 is tables are $5 each and chairs are $1 each. If a Factory caterer is selected for an event, there will be up to a $300 credit issued toward your table and chair rental costs. If your table and chair rental cost is less than $300, you will be refunded the cost of tables and chairs only.

Lift equipment for decorating Lift may be used before and after event with total time no more than 4 hours to receive the half-day rate. The Factory staff reserves the right to use the lift in the event of an emergency during a Client's rental period.
