Commons Area offers
approximately 3,400 square feet. Surrounded by stores and restaurants,
the area is open with beautiful plants and lighting. Evening parties
are especially beautiful in this area. A dance floor is available
for rent. PA system also available. Although the Commons Area does not have its own kitchen space, Factory restaurants can cater an event eliminating the need for a kitchen. At The Factory you may use any caterer you wish and lease the space for the entire day with no hourly stipulations. However, we do encourage using our onsite catering options. When use of the Factory's restaurants for your catering needs, we dsicount the rental fee for your tables and chairs. |
