Abide Studio
Abide Studio features the fine art of artist Deborah Gall. The gallery is as inviting and warm and the paintings themselves. Subtle decor and casual atmosphere blend with the natural, historic characterof The Factory to offer a unique setting for paintings filled with vibrant life, bold color and creative texture. Her collection ranges from landscape imagery to inspirational expression and conceptual work and is created on-site in the back studio. Jewelry and collectible gifts from selected local artists diversify the gallery.

Arts for Life is a higher learning facility offering instruction in a variety of musical instruments as well as other artistic forms of expression. Our studios are designed to provide a positive, creative, and exciting atmosphere for all ages. It is our goal to assist our students to explore the musical and fine arts at all levels. Our instructors are highly qualified, professional musicians and artists who wish to share their knowledge and experience with their students.

Boiler Room Theatre
The Factory is home to Williamson County's first and only resident professional theatre company, offering a year-round season of fully-staged musicals and plays. Named "Best Musical Comedy Theatre" by the Nashville Scene and recipient of numerous Tennessean "Tennie" Awards for performance and production design.

Farmer's Market (seasonal)
The Franklin Farmer's Market is a non-profit organization whose commitment is to provide fresh, locally grown produce to the community. As Tennessee’s first farm-certified, producer-only market, we provide both organic and conventionally grown produce, flowers, free-range eggs, meat and poultry from the state of Tennessee or from within 150 miles of Franklin. The Market also boasts baked goods, specialty foods, body care products and selected arts and crafts. If you don't grow it, bake it or make it yourself -- you don't sell it at the Franklin Farmers Market -- so shoppers can be sure they are supporting their local economy as well as
their own health and enjoyment. The Franklin Farmer's Market is open for the season each Saturday morning from 8 am til 12 noon, May
